The “Mandate” of the Peterborough Golf and Country Club Board of Directors is to provide “Quality & Affordable Service” to the Club Membership at large. The Mandate will be realized by: The acceptance by the Board of Directors of the responsibility to foster harmony, and the coordination of the Board, Members, Committees and Management; and The formulation of long and short-range plans and programs, to encourage the growth and improvement of the Club’s facilities and services on an ongoing financially responsible basis; and the enlistment of cooperation and participation of the Club’s Management and employees, for the execution of the plans, policies and procedures; and a commitment to environmental concerns in the overall operation of the various Club functions. The Club is committed to equality of opportunity for all members and employees.

UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THIS APPLICATION, I HEREBY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE CONSTITUTION, BY-LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND OTHER RESOLUTIONS PASSED BY THE SAID CLUB, AT ANY TIME WHILE I AM A MEMBER THEREOF. I ALSO AGREE TO PAY ALL ANNUAL FEES, ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AND ALL NECESSARY INQUIRIES TO SUPPORT MY CREDIT WORTHINESS BY THE SAID CLUB.

I AGREE BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM TO ALLOW PETERBOROUGH GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB TO PROCESS MY MONTHLY STATEMENT BALANCE ON MY PARENT/GUARDIAN’S VISA/MASTERCARD. I HAVE GIVEN THEM THIS NUMBER TO USE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THIS PURPOSE. MY ACCOUNT WILL BE PROCESSED ON THIS CREDIT CARD EACH AND EVERY MONTH BETWEEN THE 20TH AND 28TH OF EACH MONTH. SHOULD I WISH TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT WITH PETERBOROUGH GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, I SHALL DO SO IN WRITING 30 DAYS BEFORE SUCH TERMINATION SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
